sunshine mix in hypertufa recipe?

Hello Forum, I have a problem, the recipes I have seen for hypertufa, 1:3 ratio Portland cement to aggregate, usually includes Peat, Perlite, and sometimes sand.

my problem is, I'm located in the Dominican Republic, and Perlite, Peat Moss, if you can find them are expensive imports.

One thing that is available at a relatively low cost is Sunshine Mix. I noticed the ingredients are peat moss, and perlite, but have no idea as to the proportions ( looks like maybe 10% perlite )

I also have available coconut coir.

Could someone recommend some kind of recipe using whats available to me? maybe sunshine mix and some sand? or even coconut coir .

I want the porous natural look, but also strong enough for plants to be grown in them.
