Joint Compound

When our construction was finished, the builder left us with stuff.Including a nearly full bag of Joint Compound from BPB Canada(Says Lite on the box). It's still moist(comes from the company that way,and its use is in drywalling. The website(bpb-na.com) says it can be finished with sandpaper and is suitable for second and third, texturing coats.

Question is-has anyone tried this stuff? It contains some exotics but appears to be just cement with additives.Haven't played with it,I'm used to making my own mixes. But,what the hell,it's free and waiting for me...!

cheers from here
