Should I move my eggplants indoors!?

Hi there!

This is my first year growing eggplants. I chose three varieties that bare small fruits and they seem to be doing fine. I have several small fruits developing. I grow them in containers in my balcony, so they are easy to move around.

It's been a cold summer here in Berlin. I can feel it with my tomatoes, which are ripening very slowly. The forecast tells we are having minimum temperatures of 9.C (48.F) in the next few days. During the day we are getting 21.C max, (70.F)

For all I read eggplats hate cold and will stop developing, even if it is not cold enough to kill them. Would it be sensible to move them indoors? Would it help the fruits to develop? I have a sunny spot, but it is still indoors, and the lack of sun might affect the plants more. Or maybe it is as not dangerously cold as I think?

I would hate for the season to be over without any ripen fruit for me to pick up!
