1 of my blueberries not growing

Last autumn one of my 5 blueberries had little brown scales on the stems, which I very carefully removed. This spring 4 of the plants are flowering nicely but the one that had the scale insects doesn't seem to be doing much.

There are tiny buds on it that don't seem to be getting any bigger (of course we did have a very bad winter here in the UK) but I have scraped each of the stems and can see green underneath, so it isn't dead. The other four plants were also out in the same winter weather and it hasn't affected them.

It gave me fruit last year for the first time (it was a new plant already well established from the garden centre) and was replanted in ericaceous compost and was fed with an acid type fertiliser last year.

I have just added some Miracle Gro about a week ago but can't seem to see any difference in the plant. (I do realise it won't do much after just a week)!!

Any help would be appreciated.
