Minnesota Harvest

Short growing season up here, but the weather and soil are very conducive to producing some good eats. I kinda look at it as a reward for putting up with the long winter season.

Image shows harvests from this last week. Shell peas are a mix of Little Marvel, Wando, Green Arrow. Kohlrabi is Early White Vienna. Bush wax beans are Cherokee Wax. Rain put an end to today's harvests of green and purple snap beans, will have to get at them tomorrow.

So many threads in this forum addressing gardening woes that I thought I would show some successes. Things are going fine here, no issues other than weeds and a surplus of produce due to my being a tad overeager by planting too much of everything.

The season is going by fast...

Happy Gardening!
