Fall seed starting - indoors, outdoors or both?

I recently started a bunch of broccoli and brussels sprouts seeds in dirt cell packs. Since it's been so hot lately, I left them on the back porch with a seed starting dome over the top so the soil stayed moist.

It's been about a week and my first seeds are sprouting and now I'm not sure what I should do. Should I leave them outside under very limited direct sunlight or should I move them inside under lights (like I do for my spring seeds)?

My yard is very shaded and my garden is in another location so I'm worried that the limited sunlight they recieve will make them leggy. Of course, I know a flourscent can't compete with the sun, but I'm not sure what would be better.

Thanks!
