HAVE: hiya, i had tec. probs.. and lost all of my emails

hello, I had probs with my emails... and lost them... i lost the trades that i am currently working on... I have a few going out today.. that i had gotten written down.. but i lost many... please if i owe you anything... email me... your name.. what i owe... and... your address... i will then let you know if i have them going out today or tomarrow or not. thanks... and sorry everyone... Tammy

You might want to hook up with an email provider like Yahoo or Hotmail. They keep your emails so you can't ever lose them, hope this helps you in the future, Les

Did you lose them(hard drive explosion, fire, river), or did you lose access to them. If the latter, try searching the computer for .dbx files. I'll be they are still there. On my Windows 2000 computer they are stored at:

C:\Documents and Settings\jbclem\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\"B10C9323-9055-4414-9CDB-C31FB28B604C>\Microsoft\Outlook Express

It's worth a look. Win XP would probably be the same location. Don't worry about the "Identities" number, yours will probably be different...just follow through to the Outlook Express folder, that's where the .dbx files should be, with the titles that you've given them.

Hi barefoot_contessa, Carrie, You might want to check your review thread and contact the member there who has had trouble reaching you. I can't remember if we discussed that is a private email or not. I see our last emails were April 27th but the review was written April 13th....under the thread with your name spelled correctly. Pink did not die of natural causes. If she had, I could say, "God's Will" and be okay with it. I could be at Peace. The thing I was giving her that had brought about her remarkable improvement in just four days, was administered improperly by the weekend vet techs at a dosage ten times what she should have been given and for three damned days. That is why she made such a drastic change for the worse all of a sudden after a week of dramatic improvement. Jesus! In essence, she was poisoned. Then she was given a high potency drug intravenously on day four that basically did the same thing as the herbal medication (even though I told them to wait until the herbal overdose wore off) and she died that night as a result. The vet said she had a bad reaction to the drug. Ya, it's called an OVERDOSE. :( Nothing can be done about it, I have investigated it thoroughly, so please, no comments to that regard. I feel bad enough as it is and especially to have to pay them nearly $3,000 for killing my baby. I just wanted to let you know that it wasn't God's Will, so don't blame Him. It has been raining ever since she died. Tears from Heaven for my Pinkums...how I feel anyway. Thank you all for all the love and cares. Sleep well, my sweet Pinkums, peaceful sleep. No more pain. I believe my son Charles is caring for her and loving her now. One the way home tonight I saw Charles' animal token perched on a telephone wire and I felt his presence and felt his love. Thanks for posting this Diane. I've been sad about this loss since I heard the news last week. I had great respect for Bernie who so freely shared his knowledge of dahlia care. He was working on an updated photo/article for the ADS, I think, and I wish they'd publish it in his honor. For any of you using the plastic wrap tuber storage method, the Mandella Method, you have Bernie and Midge Mandella along with Dr. Richard Peters to thank for your success. Mikie's suggestion is a good one. Go ahead and download one of the free firewalls recommended, but hold off on installing. I'm assuming you download to a special folder or to your desktop. When you are ready to install ZA or Comodo, go to Control Panel and open Security Center. Scroll down to "Manage Security Settings. . ." and click on Windows Firewall. There you can turn it off (not recommended by MS). Then install the other firewall that you downloaded. Once you do that, then the Security Center will show that you have a firewall enabled.

thanks for the help everyone... but.. *blushing* I forgot to log out of my yahoo email, and someone accendently got into my email, thinking it was theirs .... and deleted EVERYTHING.... I try to keep everything in sep. folders on there.. so i have alot of the peoples.. but the ones that I have started trying to trade with.. i lost... as i hadnt cleaned out my inbox in a few days... cus I also lost alot of stuff from ebay... because I am needing water plants like crazy... i just built a new pond and... so... its all a bit nerve racking.. but... things happen... i just sent out about 10 things today... so i am hoping that i didnt miss anyone... thats why i am wanting everyone that i have a pending trade with to email me...
