Fran, I too am a winter sower, first time '07. I think what you are doing is really terrific and your list is so varied and full of great choices. While I essentially will have to do SASBE, there is one thing on your list that I might be able to trade Yvonne's Salvia if you are interested. That's right. We're neighbors. I did have an elderly asian woman take some stuff a few years back, but I didn't care. In addition to the obvious, the ratibida were planted in three places on my corner and one clump was in the back of the bed. I'm thinking this is a ma nature problem. I did find a little sprout of red today, but this time last year I had a huge crop of hats that I had for years. B - do you want some babies once I get these going?
