spraying 101 answer

Harvestman was kind enough to answer a few basic spring and summer spraying questions that I had.

1. best sprays and how many for the entire season:

Monterey Fungus Fighter, Triazicde, Immunox or Imidan.

2. When to spray and how often: "Triazide and Immunox must go down when latest apples have lost their flower petals and are not being tended by bees. You can also use the Immunox in the mix if you do a delayed dormant oil spray (when flower buds first show green until they start to show color). MFF is applied a month before expected ripening of peaches. Another ap may be necessary on high pressure (wet) seasons and/or sites two weeks later."

Olpea and Scott please chime in. There are many of us with a few more fruit trees than we ever thought we would own and need some very basic answers. Many thanks to all. Mrs. G
