I have lots of tomato seed to trade,would like to find a few f1 big mama tomato seeds.

Did you know that you have no Member Page email link, thus there is no way to contact you for trading? I suspect it maybe disappeared a short while back when GW was having some 'issues'.

Hi Pat, I got your email, and thought I'd reply here in case others might be interested. Yes, Burpee shipping and handling is rather high for seeds. $4.95 for just one pack, and I paid $8.95 for 4 packs. Something else you might want to consider, is Romeo paste tomatoes. A good read about Big Mama and Romeo, complete with pics...RE: Anyone ever save seeds from Big Mama or Romeo? I see Romeo is available on Ebay...see link below. Here is a link that might be useful: Romeo 20 seeds for $1.95 and $2.35 shipping.

Hi rb55, Welcome to Garden Web, and The Seed Exchange! I grew both Big Mama and Romeo (an even bigger paste type than Big Mama) this season and have fresh seeds that I saved. I don't know how Big Mama would do from 'saved' seeds but here I am told that Romeo is an OP variety. I would be interested in knowing what you have available for trade, and the source...saved, bagged blossoms, or segregated, commercial, approximate age, etc. Drop me an email and we will talk.
