Diva Cucumber seedlings keep keeling over

I never had so much trouble getting some seedlings to grow as I have had with these Diva cucumber seeds I bought. I went through about 30 seeds already to get maybe ten good seedlings. Trouble is the stems are so weak that most of them never straighten up and finally just collapse. The stems also get very thin like when there is damping off, but I don't know why these should be so susceptible to damping off when almost none of the hundreds of seedlings I started for things like tomatoes, peppers, squash and other varieties of cucumbers had this problem. I even tried mixing captan fungicide in with the soil in case it was damping off fungus, plus I use Pro-Mix BX with biofungicide as a starting mix that has stopped damping off with all my other types of seedlings.

Maybe I got a bad batch of seeds or the seeds are infected with something? Anyone else find that Diva cucumbers are a problem variety to start?
