We STILL have some trades available and STILL need more help. It takes a lot to plant 1Ã¯Â¿Â½ acres and a good variety of veggies. Be sure to check out our initial post and if you have a surplus of seed and would like to trade or can send for SASBE to help the community outreach, please take a moment and respond. Mine bounced... LOTS of the following seeds: echinacea, hyssop and columbine. Have you ever tried wood betony? It was hard for me to find, and so unfamiliar I wasn't sure if the plant growing was betony or not. Common herb in the old days, the spears look like hyssop but it grows in clumps. I have a cache of those seeds on hand; I use it a lot in tea. I would really like to pump up the variety of my opium poppies, try some anise again this year (just disappeared - maybe I pulled by mistake), arnica (put the seedlings out on a hot day - they fried, poor things) and st john's wort runners (no luck with seeds). I have parsnip (Harris Model) and onion (Red of Florence) seeds. Can I exchange them for two tomato varieties: Black Krim and Amish Paste, if they're still available? Please let me know. I'll email you this same message, and we can move forward from there.
