I have a patch of grass that I was looking at today and thinking about putting quinoa in there. After doing a little research, it looks like amaranth may be an alternate option. I'm at the northern tip of DE and will see some days over 90F. I realize that in the limited space I have, I probably won't get much more than a box or two worth of quinoa/amaranth seeds from a crop, but all of the vegetation will go to my rabbits. Anyone have any recommendations?
