Partially composted Pine Bark Fines source - East Coast

I found a great product for partially composted pine bark fines for making 5-1-1 mixes. Garden Pro - Natures Pride "Claybreaker". They are out of Milford, Delaware. It looks like they make a nice composted pine bark fine base potting mix too!. I have not tried the potting mix because I was looking for another source of PBF and just read about it on their website.

Claybreaker is made of partially decomposed and sifted pine bark fines, and there is a sufficient amount of smaller particles so as to eliminate the use of peat. it may be from "composted forest products" though. I sent an e-mail to the company inquire about the ratio of PBF and pH and such. Unfortunately, their website did not have a product finder.
