Soil mixture for herb window box

I have an eight foot long cedar window box that I'm going to attach to my deck railing. I drilled three 3/4" holes in the bottom for drainage, and I'm wondering what type of soil to use. (I posted similar a few months ago, but can't find it.)

I've heard a lot about pine bark mixed into soil. I have never been able to find pine bark at any nursery or garden store around here, but I finally did. It isn't what I expected. It's mulch sized chunks (1-2") but there are also finer pieces I could sift out. Is this what people refer to when talking about pine bark as a soil additive?

I have:

sandbox sand,

pulverized black dirt,

peat moss,

perlite,

pine bark (see above)

pine shavings (animal bedding)

and oil-dry

gravel

Can I get some suggestions on percentages to mix for my window box herb garden?
