I think I messed up the cucumbers

I bought cucumber plants and they are fairly small, almost seeding size, and I seperated them out to let them have space in the pot and now they are all droopy. They did not get any sun since I brought them home because It was dark by the time I got back. Are they just in transplant shock or did I possibly mess up the roots so bad I need to go get new plants?

I don't really have much luck tranplanting vigorous tap roots. I would give those a few days before I bought some seed and planted it directly where I wanted to grow it. You will have better luck, I think, growing them from seed, but I hope your plants survive. steve

Separating and transplanting cucubmber SEEDLINGS REQUIRE some know how.
I have separated and salvage 5 leggy seedlings from one small cell.
Here is how I do it. FirsT, you water and feed your seedlings beforE
the operation. Then, have their next pot ready on the side.
Invervt and take the bunch out. Try to find the best place to separate them, and do that. If tangled too much, put them in water and gently shake them until they come separated.
YOU ARE DOING ALL THIS IN A COOL SHADE.
Plant them right away and water them thoroughly to the point of flooding.
Also, burry them in the soil up to their seed leaves.

Keep them in indirect sun/filtered sun for a couple of days or more untill they get over the transplant shock.
Then you can give them more direct sun and let them grab the soil.
When they have couple of true leaves, Plant them in the garden,
Again, have the hole ready, water them first, invert, place in the hole, fill/pack and AGAIN, water them REAL GOOD.

I've only grown Flamingo, not White Hull Pink Tip. The mature pod looks like it could be flamingo but seems a bit short. The seed you show does not look like flamingo seed from a mature dry pod. Flamingo seed is beige with dark brown steaks. Also, as the pod develops, it is streaked with pink, the pink doesn't progress from one end to the other. Flamingo pods take a long time to dry down as I recall. So....I'm inclined to say it is not Flamingo unless your seed is still immature and I don't understand your pod color development sequence correctly. I have no idea what the WHPT pods or seed would look like. Thanks! i have gone over the doors with an oak stain now. It's not perfect, but better--I hope! im sanding down the door jam on the 1/2 bath since that door will be used a lot. The other is a closet, low priority for me too late for pre conditioner!! It's a very rustic building so I'm ok with not perfect.Although, seeing this pic-- it's too dark. Sh/:;())t!! As pip hints....now is a great time to feed! Also, almost all knowledgeable avo growers use mulch. It is beneficial in many ways...including keeping the weeds at bay. This time of year avocado trees can look a little rough....especially because of drought/lack of water. Don't fret about the cardboard...I am sure you will be fine.

The English buy the peas in tins, usually. But, dried would be this : http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=276415352 They are usually eaten with : fish and chips where you buy them from the chippie, or with pies but I think only really in London. Could be wrong, but where I come from (Oxford), we don't eat them. It's a more northern thing.

The dirt was fairly moist that I pulled them out of. I think they were looking droopy because I didn't plant them up to their little leaves. I'll put them in my window tomorrow and they will proably be fine by the time I get home if I set the pot off to the side a little. Thanks for the help.
