Potting mix for indoor plant

At the nursery, a plant is growing in some kind of "soil".

I want to grow the plant in a container indoors.

Is it a good idea to remove ALL of that "nursery soil" (even from the roots) then use Gardner & Bloome "Natural and Organic" potting mix (which contains peat moss, bark fines, humus, pumice, chicken manure, worm castings, bat guano, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, oyster shells and dolomite lime)?
