Should I worry, I haven't seen my tulips yet...

Hello all:

Just recently joined the forum. I planted about 80 tulips last fall, and haven't heard a peep from them yet. They are giant Darwin hybrids, and I did what the instructions told me (9 inches deep), but I assumed that if they are going to bloom in April, that they would have started to think about pushihng through by now.

Should I worry? I guess my hyacinth aren't up either, but my daffs are all about 3 inches, and my crocus are really starting to come on. As this is my first foray into tulips, I have no idea what to expect, or how long it takes to go from pushing through to bloom.

Any ideas, advice, etc., would be welcome.

Thanks,

Igwiz
