Extremely leggy plants?

Hi everyone, I'm rather new to gardening (started this past spring) and I have a few container plants on my balcony. They all seemed to be growing well until recently. I changed them into the pots they are currently in, and they have little to no growth within the last month or two. The only growth has been leaves replacing the ones I've harvested, or the leggy branches. Should I just put them in bigger pots, or something else? I'm not sure what to do.
