Same plant, different pattern of spot

I have the exact same thing going on. I used organic seed starting mix and have had them under 4 shoplights since they first broke the soil. I have one tray of the poo pots that look great, and the rest are in the multi-cell inserts. The ones in the poo pots about 50% have yellowed and got spots, and all the ones in the inserts have either fallen over and died or have curled, yellowed, spotted leaves. I've been carefully watching the watering and I'm sure that's not the issue. I have also been using a fan for about 4 hours a day and rotating the trays every few days. This is my 4th year growing from seed, and I've never had this problem. One other thing, I have some white fuzz growing on the surface of the seeding mix. I've never had this before, but I thought it may be because of overwatering but I've been bottom watering and the surface of the mix seems to always stay dry.

Ncrescue, The lily is absolutely NOT native. It is a noxious invasive that spreads by rhizomes and forms a tenacious mat of roots that can regenerate from the tiniest minuscule fragment. They are quite beautiful and have a glorious fragrance when they bloom, but they will crowd out every other plant and can jump over paved driveways,etc. Unfortunately, I have probably half of an acre of heavily invaded beds. I already know it will take me years to irradicate them, if I ever succeed entirely. But, it's like playing in a sandbox for me. I did transplant 4 young Trillium plants today. I also moved 3-4 Trillium seedlings. Once I've rescued the native plants, I'll elicit the services of my teenagers and their friends to help with the grunt work of digging out the roots and pulling the invasive ivy that is also part of the mix. But, I don't trust their attentiveness to detail enough to ask them to differentiate good plants from bad. Adidas, I have had decent germination of columbines and native Forget-Me-Nots. The difficulty is that the garlic mustard seedlings have spouted in amongst the columbine and FMN. So, I have to hand weed. I actually enjoy weeding, but the size of the beds makes hand weeding prohibitively time consuming. I will continue to plug away. It appears that every single Trillium that I transplanted last year survived, despite a horrible hot, dry summer. That is rewarding enough to keep me motivated. I'll take pictures as things progress. Is the Purpurea from Sutton's our native Foxglove, because, if so, l always get seedlings each year, from that appearing in my garden,but you have to recognise what they are, and not weed them out, they arrive in the most obscure parts of the garden,and with no help from me.I too love Foxgloves, and l have bought as plants, for a,'Woodland Corner','Ferruginea',and,'Grandiflora',l am looking forward to them flowering, though the,'Sutton's Apricot',l bought, never grew again, although it is a perennial.
