Thanks! It is indeed Lychnis viscaria, or Sticky Catchfly. I forgot to mention how sticky then flowering stems are. From wikipedia: Lychnis viscaria is said to increase the disease resistance of surrounding plants. Extract from Lychnis viscaria contains a relatively high amount of brassinosteroids, which have a proven positive effect on the growth of other plants. In Germany the extract is allowed for use as a "plant strengthening substance." Love this forum, and appreciate the lead!

helpmefind.com lists Dame de Coeur as 3-4 ft tall and Julia Child as 2-3 ft tall. Even if roses tend to grow taller than stated in your region, I think the chances are that Dame de Coeur will still probably be a foot taller than Julia Child. Nice combo--strong contrast in colors. You've selected some beautiful, healthy, almost always in bloom roses! They both stay fairly small; Dame de Coeur grew to about 3 1/2 ft. for me. I just measured my 3 yr old never pruned Julia Child at 28 inches.

Today, the Minister of Culture announced that 15 large paintings that were in the side chapels were not damaged at all and have been packed and moved to The Louvre. The paintings of Notre-Dame in safety at the Louvre The Cathedral is far from destroyed but will require extensive rebuilding and restoration. The roof actually did what it was supposed to do, protect the vault of the Cathedral from damage. The 'ceiling' that is seen inside is the vault, and only parts of it collapsed. As burning wood fell into the Cathedral, the firemen put the fires out. In some photos of the damage, you can see candles on either side of the High Altar still intact. The north side of the Cathedral where one of the Rose windows is, is considered to be most at risk of collapsing. A statue was sawed off from above the Rose window on that side and removed by crane (I saw the entire operation on a live stream) and the smaller, destroyed window above it was reinforced.
