No not really - I think in the past it was a 50/50 crap shoot but with all the environmental changes like El Nino occuring more frequently prediction is harder. Farmers have always used the simple techniques such as how thick the fuzz is on a catapillar in the fall - if it is thick this should indicate a cold winter. The pattern we have been having the last 5 years here in southern Ontario is very moderate with a warmer fall usually a green Christmas then by january it just switches to cold and snowy - cooler and longer springs.

We are NOT fans of Donald Trump, but this season's cast had a lot of people we like: George Takei, Adam Corolla, Penn Jillette, Dee Snider, Lisa Lampanelli. Although George and Adam are good guys and we knew we'd enjoy them although they didn't last too long, who really impressed us as class acts were Penn and Dee. Lisa went way down in our opinions of her. Never heard of Aubrey before this, but I'm thinking of doing my hair redder for the summer, LOL. She was probably one of the best players, and we would honestly have rather seen Aubrey vs. Lisa in the final. Not fans of Arsenio or Clay. Clay came off as nasty. I did buy an Ivanka trump top based on the show. We were OOT this weekend but got home to see the end of the finale. We did not DVR because we figured it would be all over the news today who won. ITA, you need to DVR the show or watch it OnDemand because it's only about 1:20. Too many commercials.

I watched a few episodes online and they're running it on PBS now. There's some amusing spots and I like the premise. I really *want* to like it but can't get into it. Some of the accents are too heavy and hard to understand which makes it difficult to follow too. Either it's going to take a while to get used to it or I don't know if I can get into it. Maybe I just need to sit and watch it from the beginning to get used to the cast and watch it grow a bit. There's a lot of the britcoms I really enjoy but can't really get into this one yet.

Now that you mention it -- yes, seems like it was gone and suddenly it's reappeared. I sent the link to "Very Stable Genius" to my parents, and my mom emailed me fairly late last night, saying they'd been having the BEST time watching all of his stuff they could find. The new fan club extends far and wide!
