So, the Fox article is factual. Lucille, you should not be any more embarrassed about an article from Fox as you would from ANY other media you read or watch.
I think I paid around $3.30 last time here.
Sadly in an earlier thread someone made the false claim FOX isn't an honest news agency and facts and time have taught us that is the opposite of truth.
Johnny-Jump_Up , or viola bicolor are European wildflowers, but have escaped cultivation here in the US and are often found in lawns and fields.
Viola arvensis! V. tricolor and V. rafinesquii are similar. Yes it's here!
Arvensis flowers are very small. At least half the size of tricolor and always creamy white or pale yellow. Never 'tricolor'.
Weed.
I don't recall any of my coneflowers producing that.
That's because it's not a Coneflower... It's a plantain. I'd suggest Plantago rugelii.
I'd
"Lift up Thine Eyes"--this is what your title brought to my mind.
"The name pink moon comes from the April full moon's seasonal association, appearing in spring around the blossom time for flowers, according to the Farmers' Almanac. The full moon aligns with the blooming of Phlox subulata, a pink wildflower native to eastern North America."
I am not a designer but my child did ask for help to visualize different styles by way of a mock-up. My daughter and SIL knew I used Houzz during my remodel and ASKED me to post for help.
I posted the pics and the style of house style she prefers. If anyone has suggestions on mock-up instructions or wants to offer advice relevant to the post, I would appreciate it.
The wood is beautiful. I would lighten the walls, runner and carpet on the stairs.
Well, I have the perfect one for me, but it is wearing out. It is a cheap Walmart denim shoulder bag bought a long time ago, before 2010, zippered center section, open pocket front and back, and two zippered sections on the front. I love it and I cannot find anything like it anymore. I never change bags.
I'll never understand leaving a purse unattended.
I saw a suggestion not long ago, maybe here?, to hook the seatbelt in the cart through the handle on your purse, which I thought was smart.
In my early 20's I had my purse in the grocery cart seat and I turned my back looking at some canned goods and saw from the corner of my eye a lady standing by my cart for just "a little too long" and when I went back my wallet was gone. I actually looked for her and chased her through the store and and even though I wasn't "for sure" she took it-I caught up with her and stopped her told her I wanted my wallet back and then I saw it in her purse and I grabbed it and she ran out the door.
So, NEVER leave your purse in your cart and walk away, like dumb trusting me did, back in the day.
Outdated makes me think I might go the other direction. My mother's, her mother's, and maybe even another generation before. They're empty, but maybe it would be better if they were used?
Never had canisters worth showing off, never had counter top room for them. I don't think it's outdated. I think it's a kitchen function comes first!!!! I've always had clear canisters and they have their own cupboard.
BeverlyFLADeziner thanks! yes i would not let a hard finish dictate what to do, but that is if i own the place. this is a super long term rental that i am allowed to renovate for a business im doing. i am keeping anything in it thats original and i only replaced the very bad flooring in a couple other rooms only. im sticking to overall budget so im not gutting this floor. i am not gonna do wallpapwe cause the ceilings are 13 feet high.
I might add that soil is often low in potassium because the potassium ion leaches easily. So it's more likely to happen in sandy soils that drain quickly. While adding more potassium is a temporary fix, you really want your soil to RETAIN potassium. That is, any potassium you add is going to depart along with whatever original potassium your soil once had. This retention is best done with chealation by soil colloids. They grab onto cations and hold them in. A good way to do this is with compost. Lots of compost. That is, compost is less important as a nutrient (compost is a rather poor fertilizer) and more important as something that holds onto nutrients.
Low potassium will affect the growth of everything. It is a big deal. With a serious deficiency of it, plants simply won't thrive. That was smart to get a soil analysis done. Now you know exactly what needs fixing.
Wooden bird house, Monogrammed satin pillow case, wooden Tomkin, Three crosses painting, color traced photos, Tulip clock, polished, cut quartz earrings,
My son-in-law made me a cutting board.
If the family member is clueless enough to give an unfinished--neither framed nor made into a pillow---piece your daughter can be too busy to get around to taking it to the frame shop.
I'd say it was field mustard, Brassica rapa var. rapa.
