I love how supportive you all are. I watched tv last night with Myben on my lap. She kept me focused on her so I wasn't thinking about rolling or lighting up.

Teddy: our little 16 pound, two year old Corgi-mix rescue that we adopted just 4 days ago. A quiet, mellow, very affectionate, super snuggler little boy.

William is stunning. I’m so glad he slid seamlessly in with the rest of the gang. Thank you for making him part of your family.

Your husband is right, and why would anyone put cherry pits in a dishwasher even accidentally. I also don't get why anyone would spend the time and energy to remove labels and wash recyclable containers before placing them in the recyclable bin? Seems counter productive and an odd thing to do. We give any recyclable container a quick rinse and that's it, and have never seen anyone do such a thing. Jerry Steinfeld could do a half hour comedy stand up just on this tread and have people rolling on the floor,

Like Boba I scrape any big pieces of stuff and that's it. There is no rinsing. I never understood the whole rinsing thing. My SIL and brother rinse dishes completely clean and then put them in the dishwasher. If I am going to do that I may as well just hand wash the stuff.

As far as removable filters in dishwashers... I don't think they all have them. My Bosch has one and I clean it periodically.

I'm not sure why she believes her message is relatable to anyone except the 2 or 3 other women in the U.S. who share her circumstances.

I've never been a victim of tabloid excess, but I don't have the financial and other resources she has. Any message she's sending doesn't even relate to me for a multitude of reasons. I find it odd she thinks it does.

Women can try to relate to her, I guess. Good luck.

That's nice of you to help. I had a similar experience maybe 10 years with a woman in Canada (I'm in U.S.) who had a similar email address as mine and she was going through breast cancer treatments, and I was getting her medical-related emails. I notified her provider, but they just kept coming. Once I finally figured out HER email address, I forwarded everything to her and asked her to correct. That all worked out fine until a couple years after that, I started getting her airline and cruise confirmations. (I was so happy this stranger had survived cancer and was well enough to travel!) I just forwarded her the email and let her know it was happening again.

This time I don’t have a bargain, but I do have a ”kill”. Here’s the story in pictures.

Have been on the hunt for at least four years for a Yves Saint Laurent top that matches a skirt that was given to me. It’s by Tom Ford and from the Fall 2001 Gypsy Collection. I’ve found a few that were all too small, until last week when one popped up on eBay.

This is my inspiration board with the blouse. I’ve looked with various degrees of focus and a few weeks ago, a little voice said “up the intensity”.

The blouse on eBay. If you don’t know, it’s underwhelmimg.

My skirt

The outfit

The outfit on the cover of Vogue (which I also own).

And there is not enough room to show my smile! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Two things can be true at the same time.

That photo is an accurate representation of the gas price at one particular station at one particular point in time.

That photo is not an accurate representation of the actual average gas price in California.

My mom used to hang on to clothes so long, that they were so old, that they were retro when she wore them again!

mtn, those notes!

Outdated makes me think I might go the other direction. My mother's, her mother's, and maybe even another generation before.

Use them!

I have my mom's circa 1950 aluminum canisters in the pantry. They're used. Same with some of her pots and pans.

I remember her reading to PJRs class and going to his games.Loved seeing their triips! Her memory will live on thru her recipes. My favorites were the cantaloupe bread and the chocolate pudding with Bisquick in it.

I am so sad to see this. I had lost contact with Glenda since leaving the KT, but thought of her often. I have several of her recipes and they have become treasured ones,

Rest In Peace sweet lady.
