cpartist - you get the prize. Yes it is. The dairy/breakfast sink is in the peninsula and the main workhorse/meat sink is under the window. Besides for your opinion about the aisles, what else strikes you as being problematic here? Thanks Lol. Just have one sink if you are set on the small island and peninsula In a kosher kitchen, two sinks are really needed. One for meat and one for dairy. It's also why the OP has two dishwashers. Did you tell us why you can't move the kitchen to the upper right handside above the garage? No corner sinks. I'm still a bit confused. Which is the actual layout as it is now before doing anything? You need to name the spaces and all I see is the utility room you also need to post all the meausrements on the spaces and where the windows are too . IMO rugs are chosen after all other elements are in place Now you need to have something in the spaces that actully connects them . For instance a color from the DR rug for pillows on the soaf and the color form the LR rug to replace those really ugly black blinds in the DR that connect to nothing. Does that DR table extend to an oval ? If so that rug does not work. Get rid of the smnmall cabinet on the right it does not belong . The china cabinet is not ideal where it is either IMO you need a nice buffet and not tall china cabinet. You need a cabinet under the TV, no leaning mirror sitting on the floor and some simple decor on the mantel not all that clutter. Move the sofa back a bit
