I’m planning on changing the front door color — considering coral or aqua (something bright). The thing that’s tripping me up is the shutter colors. I think I could do the blue-Gray or a dark blue with a coral door,but what do I do with the shutters? Just take them down?

I like the current greige color you have on the upper part of the house. On my screen it appears to work with your stone. I would use it for all the siding. For light colors, you might check SW Repose Gray, Colonnade Gray or Agreeable Gray. I think Repose Gray is the coolest shade of those three. You have room for shutters, but do them correctly. Each shutter should be half the window's width so they could close if they were real. Change the Victorian style door to something more countrified. Do you have any exterior lighting? Lantern lights 1/3 of the door's height are needed. Focus on a landscaping plan for installation next spring. I don't mind the railing and posts, although some posts seem a bit small and, if they were symmetrically placed, you'd fix some of the imbalance issues.
