Received my Sofa and ottoman which was wrapped in blankets and plastic. Didn't have any issues with the movers. Can't say enough good things about the American Heritage Austin sofa that i bought.
Jim and Trevor were very helpful and hopefully in December I can order the matching Loveseat.
No issues,beautiful leather, well made and Jim and Trevor were helpful. 5 star rating

I purchase a Coco Leather Sofa with Mont Blanc Leather.
This sofa is amazing. The quality is exemplary. This sofa exceeds any and all of my expectations. With just a little TLC it will make it into the next century easily.
I could not be happier. Purchase with Confidence. BTW, took about 90 days for a custom sofa. Well worth the wait ! Expensive. but compared to the other options out there. a real bargain ... a hidden gem. Remember,
this is a 100 year sofa and it's built with the endurance to sit an elephant.

I purchased a couch and two recliners in July from LeatherShoppes in TX. I actually found a better price after their initial quote but went with them since they matched it and the sales person (Trevor) seemed nice. What a mistake! The "White Glove Delivery" is a joke. Two guys from Las Vegas scooted one of the recliners along the floor of the truck. The resulting damage to the leather was so appalling that I refused delivery. I was skeptical how they could fix but LeatherShoppes assured me they would make it right. When it showed back up four weeks later, it was clear that all they did was dabbed some leather dye on the scuff. I complained to a LeatherShoppes employee named Jim who was belligerent and told me that by contract, it was up to them whether to replace or fix. Since there is no agreement as to the quality of the repair in the contract, they could put a piece of brown tape over it and call it good. Although the color is better, the texture is clearly different than the surrounding area. In a regular store this would go to the dent/scratch area and be marked down. However, LeatherShoppes takes all your money before shipment and will not compensate for any damage. You are taking a significant risk by doing business with LeatherShoppes.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. As a small family owned company, we take great care in using only dedicated professional companies to handle the furniture in an utmost manner while in their possession.
The furniture is inspected at the dock and then wrapped in heavy cargo blankets, mummy like and packed in the delivery vans. In this instance, delivering to you in Montana from North Carolina can require the furniture traveling over two thousand miles, and sometimes issues can occur.
These vans have hardwood floors to make it easier for the delivery personal to scoot a sofa or a chair to the back of the truck before lifting it off to bring inside the home. After it was brought inside you had thoroughly inspected it and noticed a small surface rub on the outer top back of the chair, about the size of a pencil eraser.
Minor rubs or a knick can be addressed locally by a technician if one is available in your area, or the item can be returned with the driver. You had chosen to send back with the driver and demanded we do not do a sloppy repair or you would not accept it. This of course is perfectly understandable. The rub was restored by a leather technician at our cross dock in Las Vegas.
When the delivery service returned with the chair, you telephoned and spoke with us and said you were not happy with the restoration and demanded a new chair. Unfortunately we cannot replace an item because of a rub or knick, the only time this would be an option is if the item was badly damaged like framing or a leg broken or similar. We consider a rub more of a cosmetic issue and easily addressed with a professional .
Leather is always repaired in this manner, and is protocol in the industry. Sometimes customers are not aware of the nuances to leather and consider that if a rub happens then it is ruined. This can be no further from the truth. Think of it like a painted wall, if a knick or chip occurs then it is repainted or touched up and new again.
We provided the before and after pictures, so people can judge for themselves if the repair was noticeable and acceptable.
We do apologize that you feel it was not acceptable, but this restoration was done professionally and inspected thoroughly and cleared for re-delivery.
You agreed to accept the chair after further discussion with management that day and sounded like you understood the restoration process and were happy. We hope you can enjoy the leather furniture you purchased and in the future we hope to meet your expectations.

We ordered our Palliser couch and loveseat on March 5, 2017 from www.leathershoppes.com. We paid over $4000 including the extended warranty from the store. The furniture arrived in the summer and although we don't spend too much time sitting on it, the seats started sinking deeply as if there was no support. In September and again in November Leathershoppes/Palliser sent a poorly skilled technician to repair the couch. Now it's worse than before and we can't get any support from Palliser or Leathershoppes. I wish they would just take this garbage back and refund the money. Why should anyone spend this much money for something that is so poorly made and has such poor service?

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your furniture. The Palliser warranty covers material and workmanship for 1 year. The manufacturer did authorize us to replace the foam core on one end that you felt was too soft. This can happen especially when the user has a favorite side of the sofa they like to sit on. Please keep in mind all cushions will flatten to some degree especially if you sit on the front edge of the sofa where the wood is and not back on the spring suspension when normally using the sofa.
I purchased two sofas, a chair with ottman back in 2000. The furniture still looks amazing and has withstood five dogs, and many visits from children. I can't say enough about the quality of the pieces they sell.
This year my son decided to purchase a new living room set and of course, I referred leathershoppes.com to him. He purchased two sofas, two chairs, and two ottmans. I know he will enjoy this furniture for many years as I have mine.

I have never purchased furniture over the internet and I hesitated to do so. Well, we just (October, 2014) purchased the Luke Hand Antiqued Leather Sofa and 2 chairs. I am extremely pleased with my furniture. The furniture is made with the highest quality leather, It truly looks and feels luxurious! It surpassed my expectations. The delivery time was excellent, immediate communication between staff (Karen) via email and phone calls were great. The furniture was very well packed and protected, not to mention, just perfect and the White Glove service was spectacular!
I want to commend Jim W. on his professionalism, personnel and service.
It was my pleasure doing business with LeatherShoppes.
I highly recommend LeatherShoppes, you will not regret it.

This leather store has some of the best brands of furniture we found anywhere. We have been shopping for leather furniture for 1 1/2 years and everything we found is china made or just cheap bonded type leather. The folks at LeatherShoppes were so friendly and easy to work with they made shopping fun. The owner , Jim is very experienced. They have a couch from Baja Designs that is so beautiful and comfortable and we really like the quality and sturdiness of most all their furniture. Don't settle for cheap furniture at most of the other stores, you must shop them and learn about how things are made and see what good leather furniture looks like. Their prices are very comparable to every other store we visited but I think theirs is much better quality. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome, very beautiful showroom ,it is tucked away in a business park location with a huge showroom. They seem to have some of the best quality leather furniture we have found. The owner is very nice and informative and we had bought from them when they were on Fondren at Westheimer 20 years ago. Our older furniture held up through 3 kids and now my husband and I are looking to replace it. We felt compelled to come back here because of the selection and low pressure shopping. We bought another set a few months ago and just love it! Be sure and come by here before you purchase any leather furniture, these guys are the real specialists. Thanks rebecca
