Monique's consults are worth their weight in gold! She did an exterior colour consult for my house and came up with a colour scheme to completely transform my home from its 80's look. She also did a colour consult for my main bathroom and her colour choices are simply perfect! Monique is a true professional and also a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend her!

Monique Milne is awesome at her job. Once you meet her; it's like you have known her all your life. Always positive and enthusiastic. She works within your budget. That could be challenging when you have champagne taste on beer budget. Monique decorated our condo beautifully. The flooring was relatively new and I did not want to replace it. Her expertise with colours made it all come together. I love it; and my home is the most comfortable place I love to be at.

I hired Milne Well Dressed homes to re-design and stage my house prior to selling it in March 2012. This was a significant project involving painting almost every room in the house, changing most of the light fixtures, painting the kitchen cabinets and changing their hardware, refinishing the kitchen counters and many other things. Furniture was also rented and every room in the house staged with furniture, artwork, accessories and drapes. Monique researched, planned and executed the entire project: from choosing paint colours to finding suppliers, coordinating the trades, shopping, renting the furniture, staging and de-staging. Her knowledge and creative instincts made for a beautiful transformation of my house. I listed for $30, 000 more than I had expected and sold for almost $30,000 over the list price! Monique stuck to deadlines, was very respectful of my budget and was not "pushy" - hers was a personalized, tailored approach.

We hired Monique when we decided it was time to renovate our 40 year old house. We started with our basement -created a bedroom for our oldest and a great space for entertaining and bathroom. Monique gave us a lot of great ideas , helping us every step of the way. She is very creative and it was a pleasure to work with her. Monique Milne was recommended to me as I was looking to repaint my home and do some updates. Monique was very knowledgeable when it came to paint colors and coordinating different colors thruout the entire house.
