When we decided to remodel our master bedroom closet we didn't know where to begin. The current configuration did not work well for us and there was a lot of wasted, unusable space. We shopped and priced out prefabricated closet solutions but determined that would not resolve our issues. An interior decorator we had used recommended Debbie. Debbie did a fantastic job. She came out, measured the space, listened to our list of things that were not working for us and designed a new closet while we watched. She asked a lot of questions to home in on what we really wanted. We loved the design and use of the space. We immediately contracted and were given an installation date. A week before the scheduled date we received a text to confirm the installation date and specific instructions. On the day on installation the installers arrived on time and worked non-stop for 3.5 hours. I couldn't believe we could have a new closet in 3.5 hours. The installers were very respectful and pleasant and did a great job on the installation and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. The new space is everything we wanted and more. I have a lot of exercise clothing that was constantly falling off the shelves. Now I have wire bins that hold the exercise clothing securely and is very easy to grab what I need. We had a shoe rack on the back of the door that was falling apart and now we have shelves that we can easily adjust the spacing and all our shoes fit with room to spare. Closet is clean and organized for the first time in 25+ years. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience working with Debbie. Not only was she caring and sweet, I also felt that she easily understood what I wanted for my space and was able to create a custom design that fit my needs and vision. I had searched for other quotes for my space, and no one else came up with a design as good as Debbie’s. Debbie came to our home to see our current closet. We discussed the improvements we wanted. Later that same day she sent us an email with the new plans and actual views as to how the units would look when installed. Two months later we have a beautiful new closet with drawers, shelves for sweaters and shoes, and adjustable height rods for hanging clothes. There were 4 workers who completed the removal and installation in about 5 hours. They were professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

Our project involved taking 4 small rooms and integrating them into a single room. It needed to have laundry, a pantry, a broom/vacuum closet, and a place for coats and boots/shoes. Debbie was quick to see the options for our space. She guided us through measuring out current shelf space in the old walk-in pantry and showed us how we could convert it to the same amount of space in floor-to-ceiling cabinets. She took into account the number of coats, boots, and winter accessories that needed to have tidy storage areas, too. In the end, we were also able to fit a small half-bathroom into the space. We appreciate Debbie's patience and expertise, including how thoroughly she answered our questions throughout the design and installation process. Everything fit perfectly according to the plan and the installation crew was great to work with. They cleaned up everything before leaving the project each day. I had a closet installed in my daughter's room to accommodate her clothes & shoes. Debbie was very helpful with ideas & the install went smoothly. I think it is a little pricey but at least it is done.

I could not be more satisfied with Closet Factory (CF) project, both in result and process. I considered at least three other alternatives to Closet Factory. I chose CF due to the product quality and the boots on the ground attention from Debbie. CF was certainly not the cheapest, although I had a limited budget for the project. I appreciated Debbie's planning process, attention to detail. I felt as though I was getting a closet system custom designed for my needs and for the specific space that had some unusual limitations. Debbie helped me make great style choices as well as providing thoughtful advice regarding cost tradeoff decisions. When my project was delayed due to material availability, CF was great on giving me advance notice, and when the delay caused my installation schedule to fall into conflict with out of town travel, Debbie volunteered to be on premises as my stand in. Wow! if you are going to make the investment in a quality closet system I highly recommend Debbie and Closet Factory. You get a stylish, well made, beautifully installed system, designed by a professional who comes to your house, provides a showroom that allows you to see installed systems, all backed up by a company that is reliable, communicates well and is just a pleasure to work with.
