This is a garden we created for RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in 2013. The sunken terrace with sawn sandstone paving and white rendered walls is complimented by the black timber panelled walls. The outdoor fire offers evening heat and a strong focal point as you enter the sunken seating area. The herbaceous planting offers tones of purple, blue and white with the odd splash of yellow with grasses and two large multi stemmed birch trees providing structure.
