This vacation property is a lovely 3,300 square foot unit overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Links and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Our clients wanted to create a relaxed, comfortable space for their extended family. Fabrics needed to be child friendly and impervious to moisture and sand being tracked in from the beach.

A lovely palette of ocean blues and warm sand mimics the environment. Outdoor velvet, “faux” leather, linen-like synthetics, raffia...all contribute to the durability of the interior environment, while contributing to the highly textural quality of the space. Solid blocks of color are used rather than pattern to create a more timeless look with a calm, relaxed feel.
