We renovated the existing design of this Kiawah Island Beach Cottage from an old, tan brown interior to a coastal traditional with a modern edge. Watts Construction did a wonderful job. The client wanted a family-friendly bright home and we delivered! An example was the fabulous white kitchen, and built -in bunks in the daughter's bedrooms, creating cozy nooks.
