This fabulous Tuscan mansion on Kiawah Island's Atlantic coastline was definitely a huge undertaking. Designed by Christopher Rose Architects, and situated on nearly two lush acres in Kiawah's exclusive Ocean Palms neighborhood.

The light filled foyer includes a custom painted cabinet as well as a work of abstract art that incorporates a sea fan, both created by a fabulous artist we found from Tennessee, Bishop & Company.

The stunning linen draperies in the sitting room opening to a enormous piazza were designed and installed by Southern Shades Custom Interior Fabricators, our go to team for all custom, very special window treatments.

The custom designed hardwood tile floor was created by another local artisan we love working with, Mirth Studio.

The sweeping nearly 4,000 square feet outdoor space received a spring face lift with the addition of furniture we selected from Ro Sham Beaux.
