Extensive remodel of kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room and dining room including removal of load bearing walls at Santa Monica, CA.

The goal was to achieve an open concept kitchen. By eliminating the walls between the kitchen and breakfast nook, kitchen and laundry room we were able to enlarge the kitchen, add storage space and counter space. We have also enlarged the opening between the kitchen and dining room
