We completely remodeled this amazing Marina del Rey Penthouse, which meant it was time to rip out its guts. We redesigned the floor plan creating an Open concept that allowed the homeowners to interact with guests from the Kitchen into the Family Room and Dining Room enjoying the amazing views of the Harbor and City.

The original floor plan was more confined creating a separation between rooms that didn’t allow the family and guests to freely interact.

Let’s start with the kitchen, which included adding New Appliances, Quartz Countertops, Custom Designed Glass Tile Backsplash, New Flooring, New Storage units and Recessed LED Lights. Entertainment and functionality were a primary goal, as we added a beautiful Center Island with Breakfast Bar.

As the homeowners adjourned for the evening, you were captivated by this amazing Glass Panel Stair Railing that moved you upstairs to your bedrooms.

We did an amazing transformation of the Master Bedroom as we enhanced the Walk-in Closet placing Custom Storage bins and hanging racks. We also transformed the Master Bathroom adding Double Sinks and more.

In addition, we redesigned the Guest Bathroom, and added Walk-in Closets to the bedrooms.

The home is an amazing sanctuary that breathes luxurious comforts and style.
