A gorgeous bohemian Newtown terrace with upper level sitting room for reading by the window, entertaining and desk work.
When we met our client the furniture didn't fit the room and our client wanted to read by the window, so we moved the chaise the the window and built the bookcase around it. Now the room feels balanced, allows congregation and
incorporated an antique desk with an built in printer cabinet. The bookcase comes to life with lighting at night time.

I retained Sally and Jillian when I was renovating an upstairs balcony room in a Victorian terrace house. I wanted to combine a sitting room/library/work space. They were collaborative and Sally had some great ideas for managing the space in a relatively small room. I'm really pleased with the bookcase which was custom built. We discussed having a bold colour for the bookcase and it works well. I wouldn't have made that decision on my own. It's been a work in progress but I'm not in a hurry and it has been worthwhile to see the space evolve and change some plans as we go along. We are still finishing other aspects of the room so I have not included photos. Sally also re- designed my built in wardrobe and I love the shoe drawers.
