Historic Hancock Park Garden

The Los Angeles Times featured the Matloff Residence in the historic Windsor Square neighborhood in its remarkable lawn replacement series. Times photos illustrate its noteworthy lush, leafy beauty after it had endured three summer months of deep water restrictions. The property earned LEED Platinum Certification in 2018 and a USGBC-LA Sustainable Innovation Award for water conservation in 2019. These photos were taken just one year after installation.
