2009 Pasadena Showcase House of Design
An Italian Renaissance Revival estate designed by the renowned Pasadena architect G. Lawrence Stimson served as the Pasadena Showcase House of Design in 2009. Built in 1917, the 10,000 square foot home sits on 2 acres of land. The Courtside Terrace designed by FormLA Landscaping offered a retreat overlooking the tennis courts.
