Our design studio renovated this beautiful 1980s Denver home for out-of-state clients who wanted to move in before the school year began. Our clients were knowledgeable and fun. Their clear vision of an elegant, modern, and sophisticated look eased the design process.

We renovated the kitchen, living room, basement, kids’ bathrooms, guest rooms, and other areas. In addition to moving walls and rooms, we changed all the windows, doors, baseboards, millwork, and trim and redesigned the fireplace. Since we renovated amid the logistical challenges of the pandemic, we were happy to accomplish what the client wanted!

Project designed by Denver, Colorado interior designer Margarita Bravo. She serves Denver as well as surrounding areas such as Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and Bow Mar.
