This pond house was completely renovated after purchase this year. Set alongside a large pond on many acres in beautiful Columbia County NY, it will be used as a guest house for the owners. New flooring was added, bathrooms were completely renovated, the kitchen cabinets got a new paint job and quartz countertops added.
