Complete interior design and project management of a cosmetic and structural renovation of an original 1950s two-bedroom apartment.

Design services included: New kitchen, internal laundry and bathroom design including selection of all colours, fittings and finishes. Selection of timber flooring, tiles, carpet, paint colour, light fittings and accessories.

Space planning: Removal of part of the wall between the kitchen and living area to open up the space; opening up a closed doorway from the kitchen to the main entrance; kitchen and bathroom storage and reconfiguring built-in wardrobes.

Project management: Managing all trades and all aspects of the renovation including the Complying Development Certificate for the removal of the structural wall as well significant flooring, electrical and plumbing changes.
