Brief: To restore a Californian bungalow home back to its former glory and add a modern extension at the back of the property overlooking the swimming pool. The front (original part) of the home was reconfigured to include four bedrooms, a library and sitting area, study, two bathrooms and wine cellar. The back (new modern extension) includes a downstairs rumpus room and storeroom, staircase, and main open plan living, dining, kitchen and bathroom upstairs leading to the outside terrace, swimming pool and back garden.
