This project involved the gutting of a '70s era condo and transforming the spaces into open and modern areas with a beach vibe. A light brownish grey hardwood floor with a noticeable texture feels delightful on bare feet. A palate of creams, light blue and light green with hints of yellow give the space a calm mood. Stainless fixtures compliment the soft colors. New sliding doors open to 60" from the center to provide an indoor/outdoor relationship to the lanai.
