The Carillon project is a condominium unit remodeling in the luxurious Canyon Ranch of South Beach, FL. The client wanted a warm contemporary vision for the interiors with a feel of a vacation cottage, as this is their vacation home. With the design team’s input the client selected warm neutral tones, rustic wood flooring and furniture pieces to accent the concept. The unit faces the ocean of South Beach on the East side and the city fabric on the West. The final layout enables the client to take advantage of all such views. On the East, the kitchen with its light colored cabinets has an open concept connecting to the living spaces and allowing natural light in. The West side layout was configured for the more private spaces such as the guest bedroom and den.
