Laurie was a patient and professional planner in all our meetings. It was particulalry difficult as many decisions had to be made via e-mail. When we returned to Kelowna we went over every single aspect of the renovation before signing off on the scope of work and design plans which took time. We stripped out everything in the existing space and rebuilt the kitchen. It is a marvelous space now and is the focal point of that part of the townhouse.. Laurie was patient and meticulous. We are extremely happy with the finished product.

Laurie was terrific with our kitchen and bathroom renovations. She was available and quick to correct any problems which came up with the carpenter. She was quick to offer solutions, where the carpenter fell short. A very important attribute Laurie possesses is she listens, really listens to her customers.
