Melissa Chafe for Ethan Allen Tustin

I'm a huge fan of Ethan Allen furniture and accessories. We lived in several states so I've had the opportunity to work with many EA designers. Melissa in Tustin was absolute pleasure to work with. She understood the look I was trying to achieve, and was very helpful in pulling it all together. After my order was placed, she was so great with keeping me updated on the shipping status. If you're planning a trip to Ethan Allen Tustin, definitely ask for Melissa!

It was a pleasure working with Melissa Chafe. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. I tend to ask lots of questions and change my mind quite a bit. Not once did Melissa seem annoyed by any of this. She gave me plenty of options and really listened to what I wanted. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful during our move. She came to the old house, took pictures to match what we were ordering. Then she went to the new house and assisted with placement of furniture, helped us pick paint colors, flooring, etc. Our new home is better put-together thanks to her.

This was a great experience. Melissa was able to incorporate our meaningful items and art work with new items. She took into account new items (leather love seats/ tables) we purchased at other locations and added drapes, a couch, two chairs, lamp and side board from Ethan Allen these are fabulous pieces. Melissa did a great job with our design. She listened to our ideas, paid attention to our existing decor, and put together a couple of different options that she thought would meet our needs. With the one element that we didn't care for in the design, she quickly pulled together an alternative that worked extremely well. She was knowledgeable about materials and design elements, and created 2 rooms for us that we absolutely love and which completely reflect our taste and style.

In 2012, I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Chafe at the Ethan Allen store in Corona when I was shopping for furniture for my new home. The entire experience was so positive and Melissa was very professional! She worked with me and listened carefully to what I liked, wanted and needed to furnish my home. She then put together a presentation that included furniture suggestions, fabrics and colors, window covering options and area rugs for the great room and the dining room. She was very “hands-on” and made several trips to the house (and model) to make sure things came together. The results were amazing! Melissa is a skilled designer and I would highly recommend her. She has a keen eye and helped make my house a home that I love!
