We owned a long term rental property in the mountains for over a decade and wanted to update it for short term rentals. It is ultimately a rental, so I didn't want to rip out tile, etc. So, the challenge for us was trying to mesh 2005 with new updates. Plus, my husband was chiming in on the design. Maureen was incredibly helpful in designing the perfect mudroom for our family. Everyone who sees it comments on how great it looks! She gave her assistance in all the details from the built in design, to the beautiful paint color, and the most functional and stylish hooks. She made sure everything fit within our budget. The products and services we received from Maureen and Closet Factory were wonderful! Earlier this year my husband and I decided to have quality built-ins put into our master bedroom closets. Maureen spent time designing each closet separately to meet both of our needs for the spaces and the end result was perfect. I love my closet and my husband loves his. The closet system stands on the floor and is anchored to the wall, which is much sturdier and higher quality than a cheaper wall mounted system. Make sure you check with whatever closet designer/company to confirm the type of system and mounting they supply and are quoting. Maureen is fantastic. I would hire her for design services again in a heartbeat and definitely will when we are ready for our next home project.

I had a fairly limited budget to redesign a deep-ish reach in closet into as close as a walk-in as I could get. To boot, this was to be a surprise for my partner and I had some specific time and with limitations. Maureen was amazing from the initial consultation, through addressing some of my concerns and modifying my design when I decided it needed tweaking, to working with the scheduling office to make sure my surprise got pulled of without a hitch. We had 2 walk-in closets packed across 1 rod. She created what feels like custom boutiques! Space for everything with room to spare. Feel like i’m shopping when I go in. Can see everything! Love it

Maureen was great to work with. She designed a custom closet for me in a small guest bedroom. I worked with another closet vendor before contacting Closet Factory. They gathered some measurements from me over the phone, and asked for some digital photos of the room. Based upon this information, they sent me a proposal and drawings, but never physically came to see the space. Maureen came to my home, took thorough measurements, showed me samples of materials, and spent a good deal of time discussing the project with me. She paid particular attention to my concerns that the closet have the same "feel" as the house, which was built in 1901. She also made sure to note that because of the age of the home, there were no straight lines and true right angles. Custom modifications were necessary! Maureen did the drawings while I was waiting and made absolutely sure every detail was included. After the project was complete, she followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Maureen was a huge help in helping us get our laundry room closet organized! We needed a cabinet and shelves to store detergent and hang clothes. She spent extra time making sure the measurements were correct, that the install went well, and in making sure we got exactly what we needed. We love how it turned out! It keeps everything nice and neat.
