Stu and his team were great. Our Reno was the entire main floor of a waterfront Collingwood cottage. We were in the GTA for much of the work, and Stu maintained a constant line of communication with us. He sent pics and texts to keep us updated. He was able to juggle the various trades so that the project moved steadily along. No surprises and his suggestions were very helpful. It has been several months since completion and I would have no hesitation recommending him, or using him again.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend Brolly Renos! General contractor: Stuart Bicknell offered great suggestions and kept everything on time and on budget. His team completed each job with attention to detail, they were polite, and cleaned up at the end of each day. A very dark, outdated, and non-functioning kitchen became bright, airy, and efficient! Along with the kitchen, old stucco was removed from the walls and ceilings in the adjoining dining room, front entrance, halls and living room. In one area there was water damage and mould; they did not hesitate - It was brought to our attention, removed, treated and re insulated. New lighting, windows and patio door brightened and opened up the interior inviting the outside in. In this day and age when you want a company you can trust we would recommend Brolly Renos!

We hired Brolly Renos to renovate our bathroom. Stu and his team were great to work with. He completed the work on time and was able to work within our budget. We are very happy with the bathroom. I will be contacting him in the future for more renovation work!

Brolly Renos were a pleasure to work with on this project. Our basement was a blank slate of approx 1000 sq. ft. We provided our vision of how we saw the project unfolding. Within a 48 hours we were starting construction! All of the trades from framers, electricians, plumbers, tiles and painters were top notch. Every trade took pride in doing their part in the construction process. They were all well scheduled so that they would not trip over each other and were as efficient as I've ever seen. Every step of the project was about communication. Stu did a great job in letting us know what was happening next, who was coming in and if there were any delays. I must say from start to finish there were no surprises. From start to finish we took 70 days. We are very pleased that we chose Brolly Renos to complete our home. They exceed our expectations!

Stu immediately instilled confidence and guided us through the process of demolishing a whole living room/ kitchen and re-building it. We put new floors down, used wooden panels on walls and installed a complete new kitchen. His team were very professional, reliable and dependable. Nobody was shy of doing extra work without the extra cost. All was done more or less according to budget. We encountered a few problems and could not follow original plan. This added 10,000 to original budget but that was due to house problems-nothing to do with Brolly renos. A solution was found for problems and ended up being better than original idea. We are extremely pleased with overall result.

We hired Brolly to do a full renovation of our main floor and kitchen. We were under a tight timeline as we needed it done before Christmas. Stu and his team were able to do an amazing job and we could have a family Christmas meal in our brand new kitchen. Stu used his time very efficiently as well as having the trades scheduled perfectly. Couple things that really impressed us were Stu's work ethics as well as his cleanliness. Its hard enough to live through a renovation without having to deal with tools and messes left around the house. Our house was left tidied and organized every night. The job not only stayed on schedule but was right on budget and we were not left with any surprise invoices or extra costs. I would highly recommend Stu and his team to help make you dream project come true.

Brolly brothers came highly recommended from several sources. Stu is very knowledgeable, professional and ensures his team show up as planned. All were courteous, professional and left their workplace spotless as did Stu. His quote was extremely detailed and while not the cheapest, came in on budget. Any required changes were explained and agreed upon. There were no surprises. The bathroom was his vision and my shower will be the envy of the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Brolly Renos. Pictures are meant to show before and after with sub floor that he felt was very necessary.

Stu and the Brolly team were very professional working on our updates to an older 1910 farmhouse in Thornbury. We had very specific ideas, and he was able to complete as planned / budgeted - refinishing oak strip floors, redoing foyer tile with larger porcelain tiles, herring bone marble backsplash, new vanity, new glass shower doors, new basement windows, and repainting the interior of the house. We hired Brolly Renos to remove a "builders" unitized bathtub and replace it with a new soaker tub while removing the bulkhead and installing a tiled enclosure. They did a fantastic quality job. This was a complicated reno involving plumbers, drywall, tile person, painter etc. It was perfectly coordinated and completed on time. We highly recommend Brolly Renos.

We had an idea for a new fireplace/bookcase unit which would be the centrepiece in our open concept house. I gave Stuart of Brolly Renovations a rough drawing and a few days later he returned with a drawing. Working together from the drawing we were able create a unit that we very proud of. His subcontractors were excellent and did exactly what they promised. I can recommend Stuart. If you would like to see the unit, please arrange it with him. We will be happy to show it.
