This company lowballs the initial quote and does not provide adequate details in the initial contract. They then run up the price by adding in change orders for the detailed work. He misquoted a huge portion of the work to get the initial contract. Contractor was never on site to monitor the workers and never showed up at the end to do a site walkthrough / inspection of the work provided. The main contractor Baz is young, very immature and unprofessional. He did not take any notes regarding discussions with me the homeowner and key information was never passed onto the workers, resulting in delays and mistakes. He then tries to pass of the cost for the corrections to the home owner as change orders. Basement was finished without insulation resulting in it being very cold in the winter. Contract was delayed several times as workers were redirected to other jobs. I have strongly recommended AGAINST this company for other friends who are looking for renovations.

We are very grateful for R.E.A.L Construction Group hard work and commitment to excellence throughout our custom home building process. This is a true custom project from start to finish, and we were amazed at their attention to detail at every step of the way. Since I work in the construction industry, I know that it’s not easy to communicate complicated building concepts in terms that the average person can understand. 14 estates did an amazing job of walking both me and my wife through every one of their recommendations in a way that really empowered us to bring our vision to reality. From the beginning, they coupled their professional guidance with knowledge and understanding of the design and build process that helped us make informed decisions that not only suited our style but also our budget. Hired this company to build us our dream home and so happy with the results. The team at R.E.A.L Construction Group are so easy to get along with. They are available around the clock and really made this experience a pleasant one. I’ve always been one to stress over little things, but with the group of people at this company they took on the stress for me making this whole experience a lot easier than I thought. Thumbs up all around!

We worked with R.E.A.L Construction Group over the past year or so to do a 95% tear down and expansion of our house. The project went off incredibly well. shahbaz and his team were a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the finished house. The two biggest things for us were budget and trust, Shahbaz delivered on both accounts, the price he gave was pretty much bang on. Very happy with our decision to work with R.E.A.L Construction Group and I would highly recommend them!

We used R.E.A.L Construction Group to design and build our home and our family could not of been happier with the outcome. Their designer was terrific and made us feel very comfortable with all our decisions. The contractors they recommended were experienced and did a great work. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We really enjoyed working with R.E.A.L Construction Group and would have no problem recommending them.

Shahbaz has been a true pleasure to work with over the past year. His quotes are accurate and timelines met. I was impressed with each and every trade working with Shahbaz , for not only their ability, but their professionalism. Attention to detail is apparent; Shahabz is satisfied with nothing short of perfection and it is readily apparent that as a company, R.E.A.L Construction Group takes great pride in the quality of work they produce. Communication is constant and easy. Over the past few years R.E.A.L Construction Group has put their stamp on cutting edge architecture/building in the city, and while my build was substantially less "glamorous", Shahbaz and his trades always made us feel like we were their first priority. We could not be happier with the experience and end result. If you are thinking about building you owe it to yourself to interview Shahbaz and see first hand what his company has to offer.

We built our forever home with R.E.A.L Construction Group a little over two years ago. What we liked about R.E.A.L Construction Group is that they were truly custom home builders, not those that let you modify an existing floor plan. I came with a hand drawn floor plan, and R.E.A.L Construction Group handled the architectural drawings for us. We spent a lot of effort in designing our home down to every last detail, and Shahbaz and his team executed it perfectly. The quality of the materials provided in our base contract, exceeded many of the other local builders, and R.E.A.L Construction Group was hands down the best value for the money. From our experience, they also do a much better job than others at providing cost allowances for your cabinets, flooring, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with the total we spent, when complete. Shahbaz and his team have also selected some of the best subcontractors in the business. They provided us with so many selections and ideas. All of them were a pleasure to work with and we continue to use them going forward, and recommending them to friends/family. You will not be disappointed in your R.E.A.L Construction Group the year you move in, 10 years later, or 40 years from now. They are built not only to last, but to continue to look beautiful decades from now. No regrets on choosing them as our builder, and that sentiment is echoed throughout our entire neighborhood

Cannot speak highly enough of the work that R.E.A.L Construction Group did. Shahbaz,Anwar and their staff were hard working, honest and very efficient. We trusted them with every aspect of the build and they not only were very transparent with their plan, they delivered well ahead of schedule and beyond expectation when it came to quality of craftsmanship. They have a stable of great trades that take pride in their work, who are held to the standard that R.E.A.L Construction Group expects out of every aspect of their builds. Not once throughout the whole build did I feel like I was in the dark about anything about the process, from daily progress reports/updates, to hands on attention that one expects when building a dream home. We are very proud of our home, and are excited to be in it for several years, and we owe a debt of gratitude to R.E.A.L Construction Group for making our dream home wishes come true. Thanks Shahbaz,Anwar and crew for making it possible.

had 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and my kitchen remodeled with this company. They did an incredible job and turned a 1970's style house into a modern, gorgeous masterpiece. The employees and workers are very professional, easy to contact, and very responsive to any problems or questions I had about the renovations. They were quick, flexible with my choices of tile, flooring, countertops, etc., and met the initial deadlines they had given me, which was nice and convenient especially because we were not sleeping at home and had to make sleeping arrangements for the meantime. I would 100% recommend R.E.A.L Construction Group to my own friends and family and will keep them in mind for any future renovations.

We first observed R.E.A.L Construction Groupwork on one of their custom homes under construction in our neighbourhood about 2 years ago. In comparison to the other homes being built in the area at that time,R.E.A.L Construction Group was much faster & more efficient, without compromise to quality. This was the reason we engaged R.E.A.L Construction Group for the construction of our custom home. Once he started in the spring of this year, it took Shahbaz and his crew only 5 months to go from the demolition of the existing bungalow, to a new enclosed 2 storey custom home, where finishes were being applied to the interior, again without compromising quality. Would we recommend Shahbaz and his team at R.E.A.L Construction Group Unreservedly!
