ARC Residential

I needed an architect to draft some custom house plans specifically built for my wife with mobility issues. After an unpleasant experience with another architect, I switched to Tom Rogers of ARC Residential. Oh my gosh, what a difference! Tom and ARC are absolutely amazing! He worked quickly, efficiently, and was always on time. Even better, Tom is a great listener, and I was amazed at how spot on his first submission was. It was exactly what I asked for and quite frankly, he made it look easy. A close friend who has worked his entire life in the building industry told me "This guy really knows what he is doing." Tom made changes when I asked, and seemed very patient with me, a novice layman who knew nothing about designing a home. Best of all, the final result was simply stunning! And it was only then that I realized Tom had designed our home to easily meet the needs of my wife, but did it in a way that one couldn't tell he was designing a "handicap" home. He actually restored some much needed normalcy in our lives. My wife and I could not be happier, and I simply can't recommend Tom Rogers and ARC Residential enough!

From conception to execution of our new deck, Tom and Chris were excellent communicators, prompt in responding to questions and concerns with detailed answers. Tom and Chris accommodated our budget, working closely with us to achieve a top-notch deck, staying within our financial limits (the final price was as quoted-no surprises), without skimping on materials or workmanship. Their combined years of experience and expertise were evident in the design, materials, and quality of the build from start to finish. Tom and Chris and their dedicated crew always showed up on time, left the area clean and contained at the end of the workday, and spotless at the completion of the work.
